| Guía de Servicios: Washington a su alcance (Guide to Services: Washington Within Reach)
On August 17, 2005, the first-ever, all-Spanish “Guía de Servicios: Washington a su alcance” (Guide to Services: Washington Within Reach) was released to the public. This culturally and linguistically appropriate guide is destined to be an easy-to-understand tool that will empower DC Latinos and afford them greater access to the numerous government services that the District has available.
The Guide contains descriptive and up-to-date information about governmental and community-based programs and services that Latinos seek the most, such as essential contact information on health, education, legal services, and economic development organizations.
